The Sunday Times magazine reminds me of a time when my boyfriend (now my Hubbie) and I used to go out for Sunday brekkie and sit for hours eating, drinking (him coffee, me tea) and reading the Times. I’d dive straight for the mag while he read the “drive” (i.e. car section)!

\At the time nothing about that situation seemed luxurious and look at us now Melbourne – I mean what would we give for a couple of hours of this bliss?

Not a life.

And so, despite the suggestion that that lockdown is continuing for longer, I’m still hopeful that we’ll be able to enjoy this scenario in a couple of months if we hang in there and get this right.

Only this time, I’ll appreciate it all the more!

P.S. The Times suggests that a Endermologie is a fix for December’s excesses. Then I would be cheeky enough to extrapolate it could fix a lot of post-lockdown problems too! Watch this space!

That time @taniabdarling tried Endermologie and said “it feels good”.

It does. Everyone experiences it a little differently though.

Some people find it a little pinchy. And generally, if your skin has more cellulite or more fat build up, that stasis in the tissues can cause fibrosis (which is a hardening and stiffening of the tissues), kind of like scar tissue. And like scar tissue, it can cause adhesions to surrounding tissues, leaving everything feeling tight and dense.

And because Endermologie works to release that fibrosis, it can sometimes be a little uncomfortable in those spots.

The good thing is Endermologie is so efficient at smoothing these fibrotic tissues out, it’s only uncomfortable for the first few sessions.
