Happy day to all of our furry and feathered friends
I saw on the socials that it’s world animal day today! Haven’t fact checked it (unlike me), so just throwing it out there that this might be a wildly unnecessary post.
But as someone who grew up not really spending much time thinking of or caring for animals, I do now think they’re worthy of at least a day’s appreciation!
This is my fur baby, Roxy. Aka my favourite child, aka another stubborn Hislop, aka light of my life, aka walking buddy, aka sock thief.
She’s a lot of furry goodness and a little crazy. Which is probably why she belongs right here with us.
