How to reduce stress in diet:
sugar
salt
caffeine
bad fats
processed foods
food chemicals (msg, preservatives etc)
Also:
7-9 hours sleep a night
prioritise relaxation &
emotional health – find your meaning/purpose in life/core values
And:
movement – exercise (esp in nature)
