After chatting with a client earlier about castor oil packs, I’ve realised that the benefits are still not common knowledge. In fact, she’s even found it hard to source the stuff locally. (I buy mine in bulk from www.newdirections.com.au) The benefits of such a simple thing reap enormous rewards.
