19.12.19 – What to do after over-eating

Someone needs to read and remember this. Me. I need this. 

Only thing I disagree with is getting out in the cold. Melbourne peeps, we’ve earned this summer, so no flying away to wintery climates for you OK? 

I reckon a nice dip in the sea will have a similar effect!
