Be someone who makes you happy
Every once in a while I talk about self care and self love. And this is why. Happiness needs to come from within.

And I need to be reminded of that.

All too often I allow my frustrations with hubby, or the kids, or stories I hear in the news or locally about dishonesty, or the bigger news right now about the devastation of our beautiful country – and its hard to pull myself out of the slump.

Then I must recognise that I need to give back to me. So today I promise to make my meditation practice a priority and treat myself to an Endermologie sesh.
