I’ve joined and am supporting @1millionwomen in their quest to be the voice for climate action and hope.
I’ve made it my mission to support several worthy charities each year. From Fred Hollows to Medicines sans frontiers (Doctors without borders) to RSPCA, and charities that support families dealing with abuse and domestic violence.
To bushfire relief and helping people living through nightmares in Syria right down to local schools, kindergartens and locally organised charities like the fun run for multiple myeloma.
With everything that 2020 has thrown at us, and knowing that so many great causes need help, it’s been tricky to decide where my funds can be best used. But I can’t help shake the feeling that this year my focus needs to be firmly on the issue of climate change. That’s why I’ve joined and am supporting @1millionwomen in their quest to be the voice for climate action and hope.
